Constructing Futures Foundation is a long-term initiative delivering practical construction training, community regeneration and a stronger skilled labour pipeline across the South West.
Our Mission
Linking education, industry and regeneration.
The South West faces real challenges in construction capacity and workforce development. Hands-on training opportunities have declined while the demand for affordable, high-quality homes keeps rising.
A dedicated Community Interest Company will acquire and develop sites, recover capital, and reinvest every surplus pound into the next generation of training-led projects — a sustainable cycle of development, regeneration and education.

The UK's first locally delivered GCSE in Construction — embedding maths, English and science into real construction processes.
